Coffee making

We were shown the traditional method of roasting,pounding,sieving and brewing the coffee on the plantation,followed of course by tasting. Bali coffee isn't widely available in the UK but we'll be bringing some back with us.I like it strong and black,the way it is served here at breakfast.
The extra shows a truckload of hydrangea blooms on the way to be sold to make decorations for offerings.
