Fabby dinner
Though I say it myself, this dinner I made tonight was wildly successful. Pan-fried salmon (crispy on the outside, tender and moist within) on a bed of spicy green lentils (onion softened with cumin and coriander, lentils and stock added and simmered till all liquid was absorbed), a yogurt and mint dressing, with a green salad on the side and a rather splendid white wine from Chile.
Mmmmmm.....
