The start of my journey back to the UK was on the steam train that was used by the British Raj many years ago. Several trains are classified as Heritage trains and have been renovated by the Himalayan Railway. I love the way the buildings hang on the hillside and have done so for many years, you can imagine just how narrow and steep some of the streets are!
