Rain stops play
Had a few plans for blipping but they relied on walking so it needed to be dry
no chance
so back to my favourite car park
I've been researching the the large building in this photo
It's so big I can not believe it was built as a pawnbrokers although I'm struggling to find anything
What I did learn was that history gives us irony
In researching I found out that this wasn't always Upper Lichfield Street until 1871 or so it was Workhouse Lane - the Workhouse stood on the corner of Little Wood Street.
Here's what we've replaced the Workhouse with!!!!!
