Feet up

I've been so tired this last couple of days. Age and the last couple of weeks catching up with me perhaps.
Something of a slow news day today with only a visit to a residential home with the Torch to speak of.
Unfortunately a member of staff took exception to my presence. I didn't bother to establish their precise concerns, I just took my leave.
BUT there was a huge highlight that touched me deeply. A lady asked if her husband could see it. He is dying and she said it would make his day. How could I refuse? They got some really nice photos and I sorted her phone so one of the photos is now her phone wallpaper. Bless her she wanted to pay me. Seeing their faces was more than ample reward.
