To Norway and Beyond

I'm trying my hand at Norwegian cooking lately and inspired by an absolutely delicious version of this that Marius' uncle made I decided to try it myself. It was alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. I felt it looked more like Swedish meatballs rather than Norwegian as the sauce was a bit light in colour. Next time will put in some brown cheese for sure.
