Ferris wheel...

...back in the Gardens for Edinburgh's Winter Festival. The lights are a nice addition to the dark evenings.

Out for a wee run with Buncle when I got home...gosh that was hard work tonight. Had my cheerleader's big pom-poms out tonight encouraging him along...well they were out most of the time...a tiny bit of frustration may have brought the drill sergeant out in me...oops!

He did OK actually despite the moaning and his negative self talk that will thwart his progress! That said when we got home he said he would try harder tomorrow night...if at first you don't succeed:)

Grateful for the lights brightening up the winter nights and also the opportunity we all have to change our ways.
