Preserved lemons

We (please understand that I am using the royal "we" in this context) go to a certain amount of trouble to use up all our crops from the garden. This is a jar of preserved lemons from the glut we had last year. The only problem is that although we do use them quite a lot, there is another glut coming on, and we have a tree full of lemons again. Any recipes on how to use up excess lemons will be gratefully received. We hate seeing good fruit go to waste.
I did try pruning the tree back hard to make it smaller. This had the effect of making the crop even bigger!
