Creich Parish Church

This lovely old church built 1830- 32 is hidden away in a  secluded part of rural Fife and I thought I would visit it today as unfortunately on Thursday I will be coming back for the funeral of one of my neighbours . 

She was 87, a farmers wife from a farming family herself and she worked constantly in her garden until relatively recently and was a keen member of our "Bin Club" - always listening out for the bin lorries to try and take in our bins before we could take in hers!

Having seen the situation of the church and the surroundings I can well see why she continued to attend this church close to  the farm rather than one of the town churches.
