Fresh Fruit Salad

When I was at school, my art teacher told us that all art is abstract, as we choose what to include and what to omit as we interpret what we see. So this is my attempt at abstract fauvism. It began life as a simple view of a bowl of fruit, but I then took a square crop, rotated it a little, and then added saturation. Did try changing the colours, but ended up sticking with the originals, just turned up unnaturally bright. (It all tasted good, too, as I abstracted the fruit from the bowl!)
