Children in Need

A quiet night in, in front of the telly.  That's what the girls are enjoying right now.  Jacinta is out at Church Folk Group practice but  tonight we will all sleep in our own beds, in our own house ..... something that has not happened often lately.

Ruth has turned out a batch of super Pudsey badges, identical this year as she used the first one to make a mould from which all the others came.  Clever girl.  With a nice pin clip on the reverse they are available for £2.50 for Children in Need.  email me:  thealpinehouse at hotmail.co.uk if you would like one!

Amy still more than a little fragile but is hopefully over the worst.  She did manage a trip out today to deliver two shoeboxes to the local Samaritans Purse collection centre.  She used a months allowance to buy gifts to fill them.  For those who have not come across this, the shoeboxes are transported around the world to be delivered as Christmas gifts to ..... well, children in need.
