Typical local shop

I have passed this shop many times when walking from my hotel to the MTR (underground). Occasionally I would buy a local delicacy, egg tarts, made famous by the last governor Chris Patten. You could see hot meals in the morning which people would take to work and breads and pastries. Not sure how well they make a living but on the side streets there are a lot of them about.
