to Bottle Out

At this time of year I begin to think of a Christmas brew.

Here you see a five gallon beer kit called "Norfolk Nog" being put in to bottles.  In previous years I have found it to be most efficacious.

The kits themselves are made by a Norwich brewery and once, whilst there on a trip, I tried some of their beer in a pub and have found the beer kits to produce a very similar good quality result. 

Happily there is no comparison with the days of the old boots beer kits!
