Monday

They rarely start well, Mondays, and today was no exception..I overslept, got in later than I wanted, discovered I had lost some work, forgot I hadn't written a test, and then had a small spat with a student. Not ideal. Things picked up after that, and most of the rest of the day was fine, but culminated in a late governors meeting. I try, really I do, to be interested, and there are many things I am very good at, but I don't think budgeting is necessarily one of them.

Home at last. Tuesday has to be better. Shorter, anyway.
