Like a Summer's day

A stunning ( almost cloudless) day on Lake Tarawera and Tarawera Times and Ian took us out for a cruise on the lake for a couple of hours this afternoon. Days don't come better...a wee drop of chardonnay and 4 trout landed, two of which TT and Ian prepared , buttered, seasoned and herbed,wrapped in foil and barbecued for 8 minutes and then brought next door for a succulent entree before dining with us.
A magical day.
