Abandoned

Driving south of Junction City today I noticed this derelict building next to the RR tracks, so I stopped to get a pic. The sign on the wall says "owls area,
protected species, $500 fine". I didn't see any owls. There were a few places where boards had fallen or were torn off so maybe they were inside.
