Day Out to Oban

Beautiful dry, bright day if rather chilly, 2.9C.
We decided that we would take a drive up to Oban.
Very frosty to start with sub zero temperatures in places.
Lovely clear views of Islay and Jura.
Still a lot of snow on the high peaks of Jura.
Couldn't resist stopping at Kilmartin to take pictures of the stones in the frosty landscape.
Finally arrived in Oban after a 2hrs+ drive.
Some lovely views across to the snow covered peaks of Mull.
Lovely day out and well worth the drive :-)
