21 Days Later

Tricky day in the office, I have been off the boil this week. Feeling a bit down, definitely lacking in energy. As usual my colleagues have been fantastic at keeping spirits up. One of them even came in dressed as a Star Trek: The Next Generation character just to give me a laugh today, so I spent the day telling her to join me on the bridge and barking orders like I was John Luc Picard. 

Cooked a wicked stilton, mushroom and asparagus tart with olive oil mash and pan fried courgettes tonight. After that I really must go to the gym.
