Romanesco

A bit of a desperation blip as I have hardly set foot over the door step today.  The Romanesco came from Katkatkat's allotment so I felt I should record it.  She didn't get the allotment until well on in the season so this has done extremely well.

I have always been intrigued by Romanesco as its structure is an approximation of a fractal.  An interesting vegetable.  It is related to Broccoli and Cauliflower and has been grown in Italy for 5 or 6 hundred years.   A vegetable I don't remember seeing when I was young.
