Sugar roses

I spent a happy morning icing and decorating, while Pepper waited patiently in her bed. As I was fiddling with the lettering she began to grumble slightly, didn't we think it was time to go out?
I promised her that as soon as I had made her VET appointment we would walk round the block. She seemed satisfied with that and we sploshed about in the mud for a while.
Then to the VET do Pepper's booster and she saw a nice young man VET who she licked thoroughly until he gave her a biscuit.
Whizz round the supermarket to get 10p off fuel, as we are off to York tomorrow to see Sophie and George! And Andrew and Katie of course. Can't wait!
