Peg leg

The poor baby's foot is infected. Or rather the stupid idiot cut her paw in a deep and complicated manner which is now oozing pus. I knew that she is a very good natured dog but I hadn't appreciated how much until she sat for 20 minutes while two nurses, one vet and then another vet had a goodly poke around inside her paw, then bathed it all in iodine and bandaged it again without being anything but a little wriggly at the end. Lovely dog. And lovely vets who all know her now.

And that back door is deliberately shabby chic by the way.

Work was work and Will and I have planned out our Christmas baking. Happily nothing to be done for weeks.
