Turkey's Eye View

Well ... it would be a turkey's eye view if I had actually roasted one today for the Thanksgiving Feast!  But instead we drove back to Connecticut from Boston, only to discover that for the past twelve days, our (brand new) turkey of a freezer had somehow been left with the door not properly closed, and so all the contents were thawed, and had to be thrown away!  Not a very happy welcome home.

Tonight, we're heading to Mr. W's brother's home for turkey with all the trimmings -- I am very thankful for that!  Wishing everyone a very happy Thanksgiving.
