Magnificent Carrion Crow

When I first saw it arrive in the garden with its companion.I thought they were Ravens?
   I had been told that a pair had nested in the local area.
They were the ''right colour black in''! But not quite big enough.   lol 
    The two of them feasted for quite a while.Picking up bread I had scattered for the birds.Then to my surprise.Started picking up the seed on the floor.wasted by the other birds.
   They must have thought they had found a freshly planted, Farmer's field   lol
