Cosy Carriages

Wet, wet, wet … outside! So glad we packed up the tent in the heat yesterday! In fact I could see this becoming a new tradition on our camping holidays!!  ;)
We drove to Aliceford to ride the steam train along the Watercress Line. It was lovely. Rainy outside the whole time. But warm and dry in the train!  :)
We always enjoy a steam train ride, so throughly enjoyed this one too. Buying some tea from the buffet cart and getting our tickets punched in the old fashioned manor!
Then the long drive home. We found and followed as many small roads as possible but unfortunately the main roads were unavoidable and the traffic was just as cramped as it has been all holiday!
But a good holiday was had!  :)
