Stuffing

Back blip- I decided to make two turkeys this year.  We were having 22 (all family) for dinner and I didn't want to have the craziness that goes with the last minute preparations. So I cooked the first 11 pound turkey (unstuffed) on Wednesday.  I thought I was going to make the gravy, but decided not to at the last minute.  I also cooked the squash on Wednesday. I love the memory of "picking" the bread for stuffing.
