On the other side of the railings

Good fun this evening. I went with my sister to photograph the switch on of the Kensington Palace Christmas tree. She had got a contact which enabled us to stay on after the palace had closed to the public. No, we didnt see any royals. As the light faded the tree lights got more impressive (see extra). 

Then as I was walking home out of the grounds I spotted this and spent some more time trying out pictures. I think that this arbour is actually prettier in photo than the main tree.
