Banksia Flower

Just another of natures miracles.  The Banksia flowers are one of the most fascinating of Australia's natives.  They're certainly good for practising your macro photography!!

A quiet day at the ranch today and most of it was spent watching the golf this afternoon.  The World Cup Golf final day at Kingston Heath in Melbourne was fascinating to watch and it gave us both a good chance to just sit for a while.   Lots of cups of Peppermint and Green Tea :-)
I was pleased the young Danish golfers came off with the first prize.  They had led for three days and it was definitely theirs to lose.  They did Denmark proud.
