A very quiet day yesterday.  Feeling much below par after the shop's Christmas meal.  I meticulously avoided the prawn canapes but somehow was smitten by my shellfish allergy.  Still struggling today with bad stomach, nausea and headache, nearly 48 hours later!  I keep thinking I'm feeling better then it comes another wave . . At least the vomiting has stopped!
