Athletics and Cats

J took Little J and some neighbourhood lads to the very under-used Athletics track after school today. They had a good time.

We had the dvd course at our house tnt. I'm longing for the day when the food goes without a glitch. Today I put the chicken outside to defrost in the sun but a cat came and ate half of it up. Oops. Then I completely overcooked the pasta, producing a soggy mess. Hopefully next week will be better.
