little boy, long shadow

A trip to Lyme to catch up with a very poorly Morristime and her lovely boy (who heroically looked after Z and chased after him on my behalf). I love the low sun and long shadows on crisp cold days like today. Later on Eve was a champion in the pool and made progress without arm bands - it's ridiculously exciting seeing children swim for the first time unaided.
