Getting ready for ...

Not sure if it's too early to use that word, but you know what I mean  -  and anyway the shops are full of Christmas - there I've said it! - goodies:)  Found this gorgeous green glass Christmas tree in our local Cancer Charity shop this morning  -  it is only 6 inches high and really pretty.  I photographed it against a cloudy blue sky. In post-processing I added a Sunburst and played about with that to get the 'right' angle, then I Solarized it and played with that to get the 'right' colours, and gave it a thin blue frame. Of course, there's probably no such thing as 'right' in photography, but this worked for me.
