A Sudden Fall Of Copper, Aylesford

I have a large beech hedge on one side of my garden and this year it was a glory of beautiful copper leaves. Then we were hit by the fringes of Storm Angus and within less than a day and a half they were nearly all stripped from the branches and deposited in thick, deep waves on the ground. Still beautiful though!
