Long Tailed Tits.

This morning I was looking out of the window doing my daily count of the birds for the BTO Garden Bird Watch and along came these little fellas.  They are not unusual in the garden but they aren't frequent so I grabbed the camera and took a few quick shots.

The after lunch we went to the Lodge to continue the  end of season deep clean ready for the "Visit England" inspection before the start of the new season.  On the way home we detoured by way of Pooley Bridge just as the sun was setting.  We were a little late to get it peeping over the mountains but got some nice shots anyway.
