I took the trailer to the skip in the afternoon but otherwise it was a day of desk work. Smokey was in the conservatory for a lot of the day.

This day marks the 15th anniversary of the death of George Harrison, and I have chosen the song that opened side two of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and realised his growing interest in traditional Indian music and philosophies. He is the only Beatle on the record, playing sitar and tambura, and is helped out by members of the Asian Music Circle and head of Apple Corps Neil Aspinall.
