Marathon eating season begins

The festive season is underway and I had my first Christmas dinner today.
 
It was with members of Creative Stirling, the not for profit arts organisation. We dined in Forth Valley College with a special menu prepared by their catering students, which was excellent.
They have a deservedly high reputation.
 
   
The starters (pictured) was a colourful duck terrine combining a variety of subtle flavours and beautifully presented.
