Cauliflower rice

I made cauliflower rice today. I'm not sure what I expected but it didn't change my life. I have a load left so I might try cooking it differently. Otherwise I've had a busy day enlivened by someone sending me photographs of a trip round one of my favourite cities in the world - vielen dank Schorschi :-)
