"I've Been To Hospital And I'm Very Confused"

Said Jazzy dog. :(

We noticed the other day that Jazzy had a growth on her elbow. The vet thought it was a lipoma but found some abnormal cells so advised its removal. We took Jazzy into the veterinary hospital this morning and picked her up at about three o'clock. It's always traumatic for her to visit the vet as she never leaves our property and hasn't been socialised with other dogs.

She has a big scar on her leg and quite a few stitches but the wound doesn't seem to be worrying her. We just couldn't persuade her to get out of the car though. We didn't want to stress her out so left her sitting on the back seat with the door open. She was still perched there at attention when I got back from the shops at 7:15.

In the end MrQ pretended that he was going to do some nursery work and she joined him. She's had the bones from our spare ribs and is now asleep in her bed. I'm so relieved.
