Lemon Meringue Pie

We are out this evening to meet with fellow blipper Treshnish and friends who have taken a cottage over at Treshnish for the weekend. As has become the norm we will all take a contribution to the meal, there are eight of us and good food is a certainty.

Not another blip taken today, thank goodness for the pie. I'm a fan of Michel Roux and have used his pastry and Lemon cream recipe for the pie, it's similar to Delia's - we will see.
