Swift

This is my swift, one of my favourite pieces of kit. As you can see it is used for winding balls of yarn from skeins.
On it is some hand dyed blue faced Leicester which I use to knit socks.
Currently searching for a rectangular shawl pattern in lace weight, any suggestions please?
