Christmas is coming fast!

Sorry! I know it is only Advent and only the 3rd December but Christmas arrived in the parish today big time so I felt this was an appropriate blip. Took Mum to the BBGA Christmas Fair in the church hall this morning. We were both lucky on the tombola and raffle and came away with more bottles and prizes! We then had a walk through the village. The road was closed and the Christmas Fair was in full swing, with stalls all down the road. There was a great atmosphere. I joined our choir as they sung carols. 

This evening I had to abandon Mum as my presence was required at the neighbouring village seniors Christmas dinner. Yes, another one!
