The Tempe festival of the arts occurs twice each year They block-off all the downtown streets. artists and artisans come from all over to peddle their wares. It's thirsty work this art appreciating. Thankfully there are a number of watering holes; this is Rula Bula. An Irish place - they actually imported the bar from an old pub in Ireland. Smithwicks for me today.
