DANGER!

Today a friend presented me with a sealed plastic bag of red chilli peppers – just three.  These were grown by a friend of his who does this sort of thing.

 
The instructions that I was given were:
 
1 – Do not handle with bare hands – use gloves!
 
2 – Do not touch your face and keep well clear of your eyes when handling them!
 
3 – Use at your own risk!!!
 

For those into hot chillies:
 
Naga Joloka (gnarly) 1 million Scoville Heat Units 'ish
Paper Lantern (smoother) 500k SHU
Scotch Bonnet (small pepper) 250k SHU
 
I was thinking of telling our lad that they are sweat mild chillies, the kind that he likes, but Mrs W has forbidden me – spoil sport ...
 
 
We are now plucking up courage to use them – one at a time!
