I ache in the places where I used to play

Took day off to repose some after my weekend. Slept the night through and woke up at 6 and then slept until 8 when Liz got up to let Léo out and forgot to turn off the alarm.....
Walk with Léo this morning and again this afternoon when Liz played tennis. Legs still a little stiff but good to keep moving.
