Day 279- Fraser Island

Last day on Fraser, early start to Wabby lake. Absolute mission walking 10km in sand, but we made it! The forest area you walk through opens up into endless eye shot of barely touched sand. Stunning. At the bottom of one of the huge sand dunes was wabby lake. I practically rolled down, as I was dripping head to toe and jumped straight in. BEAUTIFUL, had a little swim looking for turtles and then me and Holly had our feet and back nibbled by the little fish in the lake haha, very theoputic. We then headed to Rainbow beach for lunch, which was lovely. Appartently named rainbow beach due to the colours in the rocks, which is believable. Then a nice little bus ride back to Noosa tucked up in bed by 9 o clock haha cause we are wild
