Aldwark

Quick phone Blip as I enjoyed a bike treasure hunt from Newton on Ouse.

This was an answer to one of the clues in Aldwark. St. Stephens church is a relatively modern church designed by the Victorian architect Edward Buckton Lamb on commission from Lady Frankland-Russell. It was consecrated in 1854 and was intended to be used as a place of worship by the local farming community.

Enjoyed the event on country lanes and bridleways.

Thank you for your comments on yesterday's mystery fungi.
