 ............ the back door as the sun came up.

If there were leaves it could almost be summer - it's very mild today.

Off for my monthly haircut and also to pop in on Mum's friends, Shirley & Bill, who live across the road from her (old) house  ..... they were very, very kind to her and I promised I would keep in touch.  My hairdresser is in the same village (60 mile roundtrip) so it works out well.
