Sunday Lunch
Delighted to see that lobsters are back in the shops ready for a festive treat. In fact, I don't think they have ever completely disappeared from the freezer cabinets.
At a fiver each we couldn't resist them for Sunday lunch today, but come to think of it there have been quite a few Sundays when we have treated ourselves through the year. Not solely on a Sunday either.
Okay, they are not very big, but they are more than enough for the two of us, accompanied by new or baby potatoes and perhaps a few crayfish tails as an extra decoration. Cheaper too than a traditional Sunday roast.
Yes, they are fiddly to prepare, but at a fiver a time, who's complaining
