Sunday task

Who said Sunday shopping will never catch on?  It may be only two weekends till Christmas, but there was certainly no shortage of people in the places I visited today.
Two supermarkets and a shopping mall and both were packed.  At least in the shopping mall at the Swan Centre in the Hampshire town of Eastleigh, I did get to sit down and take a rest for a few minutes.
But briefed to buy a special card for family, I have to admit that I abandoned this particular task, simply because of the length of the queue at the till.

Sunday shopping?  It’s now part of our way of life!
