The booby prize

We went to Swindon outlet centre today. The main draw for me is M&S but they didn't have much that I liked although I did buy a pair of trousers. A delicious lunch was had at Carluccios, I had my back to this display but my friend sitting opposite me (who is a midwife) said 'I see enough of those at work. I don't need to see them over lunch!'
They do look like nipples, don't they? Or is it just me?
