Life in DDR

The last morning of our little trip to the lovely Berlin included a fascinating tour of the DDR museum. It reviewed everyday life in East Berlin, behind the wall, for 30 years. How the regime controlled very element of their lives through persuasion and fear.

A flat in 1982 was mocked up and you could walk through each room and delight at this wonderful wallpaper...

Back at 21.00 and up at 03.30- for the last flight and trip of the year. It won't be as interesting as Berlin that's for sure
